Mentorship is at the helm of how this course works. I want you to feel supported and guided no matter where you’re at on your birth work journey. No question is too big, or too small. I want you to follow your heart so that you can be a sherpa to new mothers. I’m committed to helping you flourish and grow. There is room for everyone. I do not care where you come, or where you are going; if you are called to work with women in birth and postpartum by honoring their placenta in the way they should, then you are needed. Wholly, and fully, it’s my heart centered belief that the more doulas that offer placenta medicine support, the better outcomes we will see in postpartum. This is not just because of the capsules themselves, but of the biological need for women to be with other women, and for the magic that the placenta bestows upon a postpartum woman in those first fragile weeks of a new life.
